SmartTransit 2017 will take place in the International Ballroom at the Radisson Hotel Baltimore Downtown – Inner Harbor.
We have secured the best available rate at the conference venue, for SmartTransit attendees. Rooms are offered at $169+tax and can be booked using this link or by phoning the reservations line on 1-800-967-9033 and identifying yourself as part of the ‘Global Transport Forum’ group. Please note that accommodation is very limited and this rate is only available if booked by Tuesday October 3rd if not sold out before. All accommodation payments will be dealt with by the hotel and SmartRail World will not be held responsible should you need to cancel your accommodation last minute and are charged cancellation fees.
Visit the registration desk upon arrival at the event to collect your badge. If you forget your registration ticket, you can simply let us know your name at the registration desk and we will be able to find your registration and print your badge. Please wear your badge clearly at all times to ensure unrestricted access during the event.
Catering is provided for all attendees during the day, and a drinks reception with appetisers at the end of the first day will also be open to all. If you have particular dietary requirements please let us know well in advance so that we can endeavour to cater for them.
A cloakroom will be open during the event open days. There is no fee to use the cloakroom and items are left at your own risk.

Located in the heart of downtown, the hotel is just 10 miles from Baltimore/Washington International Airport, which costs around $35 to travel by taxi. Alternatively, the hotel recommends using uber or super shuttle or you can choose to travel by lightrail using the trip planner on the website here.
