SmartRail will be held at the Novotel Paris Est – 6 to 8 November, 2017.

 

ACCOMMODATION

We have secured a discounted rate at the Novotel Paris Est, for SmartMetro attendees. Once on the booking site you may need to ‘Modify Your Search’ to enter the correct arrival/departure dates and number of rooms you require. You can also select your preferred currency to pay in. Alternatively, you may book by calling +33 149 936 940 and identifying yourself as part of the Global Transport Forum group, in order to receive the group rate. 

Please note that this rate is only available for a limited number of rooms so you are advised to book as early as possible. All accommodation payments will be dealt with by the hotel and SmartRail World will not be held responsible should you need to cancel your accommodation and are charged cancellation fees.

ACCESS

Visit the registration desk upon arrival at the event to collect your badge. If you forget your registration ticket, you can simply let us know your name at the registration desk and we will be able to find your registration and print your badge. Please wear your badge clearly at all times to ensure unrestricted access during the event.

CATERING

Catering is provided for all attendees during the day, and a drinks reception with appetisers at the end of the first day will also be open to all. 

WIFI

Basic WiFi will be available throughout the meeting area for checking emails and browsing.
